Text Messaging & Mobile Information

No sharing of mobile opt-in data. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time.

How we collect your number. We collect mobile numbers only when you provide them directly — through the contact form on this website, by replying to a message, or by giving them to a member of our team. Consent to receive text messages is optional and is never a condition of purchase or of using this website.

What we send. If you opt in, you may receive messages about your revenue plan, appointment confirmations and reminders, account updates, and occasional service information. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation and nothing further. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at [email protected]. You may also ask us to remove your number by email or by telling any member of our team, and we will action it the same day across every channel.

Retention. We keep a record of your consent and any opt-out request so that we can honour it. Opt-out records are retained on a suppression list precisely so that you are not contacted again.

Section 1

Scope

This Policy applies to information collected through our websites, our platform, and our services. It applies to visitors, prospective clients, and clients. It does not apply to how a client uses the platform to conduct its own marketing; a client is an independent controller of the data it processes and is responsible for its own privacy practices.

Section 2

Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide: name, business name, email, phone, billing details, account credentials, and anything you submit through forms, onboarding, or support.

2.2 Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, referring source, and similar usage data collected through cookies and comparable technologies.

2.3 Business and property records: as described in Section 3, we maintain a database of business and property-related records that clients may market to through the platform.

2.4 Client Content: data, contacts, messages, and materials a client uploads or creates in the platform. We process Client Content on the client's behalf in order to provide the services.

Section 3

Our Database and How It Is Assembled

3.1 The Company compiles and maintains the Database from numerous sources, which may include publicly available internet sources, municipal, city, county, and other public records, and licensed third-party data providers. The Company does not identify, disclose, or confirm which sources contribute to any particular Record, dataset, or audience, and its sources, compilation methods, enrichment processes, and selection logic are proprietary, confidential, and constitute trade secrets of the Company.

3.2 What the Company provides is not a raw list. The Company applies its own proprietary, AI-driven audience-selection system to identify, filter, score, and assemble the audience most relevant to the Client's business, industry, service area, and stated objectives. That selection methodology — including the characteristics evaluated, the way they are weighted, and the way audiences are assembled for a given industry — is the Company's proprietary intellectual property and is not disclosed.

3.3 Records are business and property-related information made available to clients for their own lawful marketing. We are not a consumer-reporting agency, and Records may not be used for any purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, including eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, or housing.

Section 4

How We Use Information

We use information to provide, operate, secure, and improve the services; to process payments; to communicate about accounts, support, and service changes; to assemble and improve audience selection; to detect and prevent misuse; and to comply with legal obligations.

Section 5

How We Share Information

5.1 We share information with service providers who help us operate the platform, under contractual obligations of confidentiality and limited use. We do not sell personal information.

5.2 We may disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Section 6

Your Choices and Rights

6.1 You may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

6.2 Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of personal information about you, and to appeal a decision. To exercise a right, contact us at the address above. We will verify the request before acting on it.

6.3 Where a request concerns information a client processes in the platform, we will refer the request to that client, who is the responsible party for its own marketing data.

Section 7

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, measure traffic, and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect site functionality.

Section 8

Data Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the services and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Section 9

Children

The services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Section 10

Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date, and continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
